What the contact form collects, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company (optional), your email address, your phone number, the project type you select, and your message. Nothing else. There is no account, no profile, and no advertising identifier.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. Nothing more. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before you send. You may withdraw it at any time.
Where it lives and for how long
We keep no database of our own. Your message reaches us by email through Formspree, our processor for the contact form, which also retains a copy on its servers in the United States — its privacy policy is at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We delete the message from our inbox, and its copy at Formspree, 12 months after our last exchange.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not track you: no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no third party watching you read this. Two small functional cookies store your display preferences only — language and currency. They hold no personal data, feed no analytics, and never leave this site. Because they are strictly necessary to serve the page you asked for, they need no consent: that is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Message us on WhatsApp at +216 28 767 112 and we reply within thirty days.
