What we did
We built one dashboard on Supabase: role-based access, AI-assisted outreach drafting, a qualification agent, and pipeline analytics updating live.
Result
The whole hiring workflow runs in one place, and every recruiter sees the same pipeline state instead of their own copy of it.
Context
Recruiters ran sourcing, qualification and outreach across scattered tools, with no single source of truth on any candidate.
